研究领域:

(1)上皮-间充质转换(EMT)在细胞命运调控(胚胎干细胞、肿瘤干细胞)中的作用机制;

(2)上皮细胞极性建立、维持的机制研究及相关疾病模型(炎症性肠病及其它感染性疾病);

3)基于EMT及铁死亡通路的药物研发。

实验室研究工作主要得到国家自然科学基金、中科院百人计划、中科院先导专项、国家重大科学研究计划、广东省科技计划等项目的经费支持。
