【个人简介】

袁姣广州国家实验室研究员/广州医科大学特聘教授2015年在中国科学院生物物理研究所取得生物信息学专业博士学位,于2015-2021年在宾夕法尼亚大学医学院从事博士后研究共发表SCI论文30篇,引用超过2600次,H因子20,其中代表作发表于Cancer Cell, Nature Cancer, Cancer Research, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Reports, Bioinformatics等杂志,代表性工作包括在泛肿瘤尺度分析和发现人种间异质性特征、发现肿瘤药物适应患者的标志物、筛选靶向治疗和免疫治疗的全新靶点等。近五年内,课题组以生物信息学和肿瘤组学大数据分析为主要研究方法,致力构建以肿瘤多组学数据为基石的生物信息学分析框架,为肿瘤的精准医疗提供分子层面的指南以期加速研究成果的转化。
