谢伟红,副研究员,硕士生导师

基本信息

2010年本科毕业于暨南大学生物科学专业,2013年获暨南大学生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位,2020年获中山大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2020年-2022年,在中山大学从事博士后研究。2022年10月,任广州医科大学广州霍夫曼免疫研究所助理研究员,2024年10月聘为副研究员。

主持广东省自然科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、广州市科技计划项目、中山大学高校基本科研业务费-青年教师培育项目、广州医科大学科研能力提升项目,参与多项国家自然科学基金等。已在Autophagy、Cell Death & DifferentiationCell Reports等杂志发表学术论文26篇。


主要研究方向

1. 病原微生物与天然免疫

主要围绕着病毒感染与天然免疫的调控机制的研究,挖掘新抗病毒基因的作用机理与病毒拮抗的机制,探索病原微生物与宿主相互作用的分子机理。

2. 细胞自噬与抗病毒免疫

主要围绕着细胞自噬与抗病毒免疫反应的cross-talk的相关工作进行研究,探索细胞自噬与抗病毒免疫反应在病毒感染宿主过程的作用机制。

3. 炎症反应与肿瘤的发生发展

主要围绕炎症小体与肿瘤的发生发展的分子机制的研究,预测和探索可用于靶向治疗肿瘤的新型靶点。
