林水木

林水木,男,博士,1986年2月生,福建漳州人,广州医科大学药学院,教授,博士生和硕士生导师,广医高水平大学建设“南山学者”骨干人才。本硕博均就读于华南理工大学,曾在新加坡眼科研究所担任Research Associate。针对目前严重缺乏新型抗耐药菌药物等关键科学问题,课题组结合药物化学、化学生物学、药理学、毒理学、基因组学和蛋白组学等多学科手段,研发抗耐药菌创新药物,探索药物抗菌机制,致力于解决微生物耐药性的难题。课题组主要研究方向为药物化学、抗感染新药研发和生物标志物的检测,至今已在Acc Chem Res, J Med Chem, Eur J Med Chem, Sensor Actuat B-Chem等期刊上发表SCI论文28篇。2020年至今以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文15篇,含6篇J Med Chem和3篇Eur J Med Chem。2021年作为第一兼通讯作者应邀在化学顶级期刊Acc Chem Res上撰写关于黄酮类抗菌肽模拟物的综述论文。获授权中国发明专利2项。其中作为第一发明人的关于补骨脂酚类抗菌药物的专利于2021年成功转让给药企,由药企进行系统的临床前开发研究。
