【个人简介】

郭旭光，医学博士，主任技师，副教授，副研究员，医师，广州医科大学硕士研究生导师，博士研究生导师（学术型+专业型），博士后合作导师，广州市高层次人才青年后备人才，广州市高层次卫生人才医学骨干人才，广州市卫生健康委员会优秀人才，广州医科大学附属第三医院毅文人才工程启航计划培养对象、精英人才第二、三层次培养对象，教学管理科副科长、检验科临床微生物实验室组长。

本科毕业于山西医科大学医学检验专业，硕士毕业于第四军医大学临床检验诊断学专业，博士毕业于南方医科大学临床医学专业。

同时担任广州医科大学大学生创业导师，广州医科大学民族学生导师、第一临床学院南山班导师，第三临床学院本科生导师、第三临床学院毅文班导师、金域检验学院创新班导师、金域检验学院本科生导师、广医三院住院医师规范化培训导师、以及新型冠状病毒肺炎防控工作专家小组成员和抗菌药物临床应用管理工作组成员。

【研究方向】

主要研究方向为临床微生物快速检测及致病机制和耐药机制研究、宏基因组学、单细胞测序、多组学等新技术在感染性疾病中的应用及公开数据库的挖掘等。
