【个人简介】
孙静,博士、研究员、博士生导师。2016年博士毕业于中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病所;2016年-2019年于广州医科大学附属第一医院/呼吸疾病国家重点实验室从事博士后研究工作;2020年全职加入广州医科大学附属第一医院/广州呼吸健康研究院/呼吸疾病国家重点实验室工作。广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目获得者、广州市青年后备人才。
研究方向聚焦呼吸道及神经系统新发突发传染病,新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)、中东呼吸综合征冠状病毒(MERS-CoV)、寨卡病毒(ZIKV),以及流感病毒等,从事病毒分离、动物模型建立、病毒感染引起的T细胞及体液免疫应答的作用机制及致病机制等,并取得系列国际领先成果:成功分离我国首例MERS-CoV病毒(J Virol,2020);首次从新冠肺炎患者的粪便及尿液中分离出活病毒(Emerg Microbes Infec, 2020; Emerg Infect Dis, 2020),为新冠病毒的防控提供有力支撑。建立了首个新冠肺炎非转基因小鼠动物模型(Cell,2020),阐明新冠病毒感染小鼠的细胞免疫应答规律(J Exp Med,2021),为新冠致病机制研究提供基础。开发新冠四价嵌合纳米颗粒疫苗(Nat Commun, 2022);可诱导粘膜免疫保护的亚单位疫苗及可对三种高致病性冠状病毒的纳米颗粒疫苗(Cell discovery,2022;Advanced science,2023)。以第一作者及通讯作者发表论文33篇,引用次数2162。包括Cell、Cell discovery、Cellular & Molecular Immunology、Nat Commun、J Exp Med、Advanced science、EBioMedicine、Emerg Microbes Infect等国际权威期刊。国家重点研发计划课题及子课题负责人,主持国家自然科学基金面上及青年项目、广东省自然科学基金杰出青年项目等多项课题。
