党员，副主任医师，1995年-2003年山西医科大学儿科系本科硕士毕业，2009年首都医科大学小儿神经内科专业博士毕业。2003年-2019年山西省儿童医院、妇幼保健院专业儿童医院工作，2019年广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医院神经内科工作至今。
