陈敏，男，博士，教授，现任广州医科大学附属第三医院胎儿医学与产前诊断科主任。担任国际妇产超声学会ISUOG中国区大使，ISUOG 患者信息委员会中国区负责人。国际妇产超声学会国际教学讲师团委员， ISUOG国际咨询委员会委员，中华医学会围产分会胎儿学组委员，广东省医师协会母胎医学分会常委等。
