个人简介

副主任医师、医学博士、硕士研究生导师，脊柱外科颈椎病区区长，颅椎专业组组长，脑-骨再生研究团队 PI。作为“组团式”紧密帮扶队队长及怀集县人民医院挂职副院长，其在跨学科团队协作、资源统筹及项目落地管理方面具有丰富经验。学术层面，入选中华中医药学会青年托举人才、广州市卫健委优秀人才，兼任中国民族医药学会筋骨养护分会常务理事等 10 余项学术职务，担任《中国实验动物学报》通讯编委、《中国骨质疏松杂志》青年编委等期刊学术角色，在骨质疏松与骨修复领域具备较高学术影响力。

科研能力方面，主持国家自然科学基金 2 项、其他省部级及市厅级课题 7 项，以第一/共一/通讯作者发表 SCI 论文 31 篇（含中科院一区 6 篇、封面文章 1 篇，JCR1 区 15 篇），卓越行动计划中文核心期刊 12 篇；授权发明专利 1 项、实用新型专利 34 项，成果转化潜力显著。学术成果获中国中西医结合学会科学技术二等奖（2019）、 中华中医药学会科学技术三等奖（2021）、中国中西医结合学会科学技术三等奖 （2021）等多项奖励
