作为气管亚专科带头人,带领团队对胸部疾病尤其是气管外科疾病的临床诊治以及系统研究进行深入工作,立足于国家呼吸医学中心、呼吸疾病国家重点实验室、国家重点临床专科,致力于提高中心国际核心竞争力,扩大中心全球影响力。
(一)国际上首次提出“无管化肺外科日间手术”概念,“无管化胸腔镜技术”的应用加速整体术后康复,该技术体系得到国际认可并推广应用
1、2017年,于《欧洲胸心血管外科》杂志完成全球首个最大病例报道。
2、 2017年,被美国麻醉学会评选为“世界胸科领域年度“最值得关注的学术进展之一”,成果被斯坦福、北卡、匹兹堡大学三位教授代表学会撰文评议发表于《J Cardiothorac Vasc Anesth》。
3、2018年,作为亚太唯一中心,获邀于“欧洲胸心血管外科年会”进行大会主题手术直播展示并全球推广应用。
4、2021年,该技术体系“Tubeless Procedure”正式写入国际胸外科专著《Cohen’s Comprehensive Thoracic Anesthesia》,标志着“无管化”气管外科手术体系正式纳入现代胸科手术体系。
(二)“无管化腔镜技术”应用于气管重建领域,简化重建流程,提高重建精准性,让复杂手术更容易深化推广,得到国际肯定并推广应用
1、近5年,相继完成多个国际首例“无管化”简化气管重建手术,并先后获邀在全球胸外科四大学术盛会主题发言。
2、2020年,于《Thorac Surg Clin》发表国际首个Tubeless气管各段重建全覆盖的大宗病例报道。
3、该技术体系得到全球气管外科之父,全球气管外科中心,哈佛大学附属麻省总院胸外科Mathisen教授肯定。2018年,他亲自攥写同行评价肯定该技术体系,成果发表于《Journal of Thoracic Disease》。
4、2020年,建立国际多中心课题协作组,围绕中心核心“无管化”技术,成果沉淀并转化,《NonintubatedThoracic Surgery》专著出版受到国际胸外科同道高度认可。
5、2020年起,联合哈佛大学医学院,哈佛大学附属医院,科研结果沉淀,多次联名发表文章于全球胸外科权威杂志《The Annals of Thoracic Surgery》。
(三)整合并优化多学科核心技术,解决了胸外科中晚期肺癌复杂重建领域的一些技术问题。
1、2020年,将“无管化”技术应用于机器人中晚期肺癌重建手术中,完成全球首个“无管化”机器人隆突重建系列手术,成果发表于外科临床领域殿堂级杂志《Annals of Surgery》(外科学年鉴),填补了机器人手术于隆突重建手术领域应用的空白。
2、2019年,完成国际首例新辅助免疫治疗后“自体肺叶移植术”,首次应用“段支气管-气管端侧吻合”技术,解决了国际上自体肺叶移植气管重建吻合口不匹配的技术瓶颈难题。成果沉淀,发表于国家胸外科权威杂志《ATS》。
3、2019年,完成国际首例新辅助治疗后“胸腹腔镜联合微创大网膜包埋隆突成形术”,首次应用“胸腹腔镜联合”微创技术,解决了国际上复杂隆突成形吻合口缺血的技术瓶颈难题,大大降低了手术并发症和死亡率。成果沉淀,发表于国家胸外科权威杂志《ATS》。与此同时,该技术体系得到日本胸外科腔镜协会主席肯定,并撰写同行评议发表于《TLCR》。
4、2018年,应用“针形胸腔镜技术”施行并完成国际首个小儿复杂胸外伤气管/支气管断裂重建报道,解决了儿童气管重建微创技术应用及快速康复的难题。成果沉淀,发表于国际胸外科权威杂志《ATS》。
