【个人简介】

李靖 女,呼吸内科学教授,硕、博士研究生导师。1988年毕业于中山医科大学医疗系,1997年赴美国国家毒理研究中心访问学者科研项目交流,2004年获加拿大麦克马斯特大学医学系分子免疫学硕士毕业后回国,在钟南山院士的带领下组建了广州医科大学附属第一医院变态反应科,作为学科带头人积极建设变态反应临床专科,促进学科发展,并获得了一系列临床与科研成果。担任广东省医学会变态反应学分会主任委员,中华医学会变态反应学分会委员,中国医师协会变态反应学分会常委,中国医学促进会过敏科学分会副主任委员,广东省胸科学会肺过敏性疾病专委会主任委员,世界过敏学会成人哮喘组学术委员,欧洲变态反应与临床免疫学会会员,欧洲呼吸学会会员,美国Loma Linda大学特聘教授;国家自然科学基金评议专家。入选广州市高层次人才杰出专家(A证)、广东省医学领军人才、“岭南英杰工程”第二梯队。

李靖教授作为变态反应学科带头人,大力引进青年科研骨干并成立了基础研究部,共建了广东省过敏反应与免疫重点实验室和广州哮喘病重点实验室,牵头完成了我国第一个中国过敏性鼻炎/哮喘的过敏原分布的流行病学研究,多项成果发表在国际过敏期刊顶级杂志Allergy,并于2018年获得中华医学会呼吸病学分会高影响力呼吸学术论文奖;又牵头撰写了《中国特异性免疫治疗的临床实践专家共识》、《奥马珠单抗治疗中重度过敏性哮喘中国专家共识》和《China Consensus Document on Allergy Diagnostics》,并作为中国专家参与了世界卫生组织出版的《过敏性鼻炎对哮喘的影响》(ARIA)指南的制订和修订工作。带领广州医科大学附属第一医院变态反应科全体同仁在呼吸道过敏性疾病的临床、科研和教学做出了有目共睹的成绩。在前期的努力下,变态反应科2017-2023年在中国医院变态反应专科排行榜稳居前三;在2015-2022年度获得中国医院科技影响力变态反应专科排行榜中名列稳居前三,2023年跃居全国榜首;历年在华南地区变态反应专科排行榜中名列第一名。

李靖教授在过敏性疾病的流行病学、发病机制、常见过敏原、临床表现到诊断、治疗和预防等方面进行了深入研究,团队建立了过敏性疾病的临床资源库和生物样本库,开发了数字化过敏性疾病精准治疗管理系统和中国人群过敏原多中心临床调查问卷系统2个电子平台,在大规模哮喘人群表型分析及危险因素和环境作用特点,环境暴露诱发免疫应答在哮喘发展中的重要作用、哮喘不同表型微生物和免疫组学及生物标志物、基于表型分析的哮喘精准化治疗、标准化特异性免疫治疗的生物标志物等方面取得国内领先地位,并开展了新型生物靶向制剂治疗过敏性疾病、哮喘的国际以及国内多中心临床试验。未来计划重点开展流行病学、环境、过敏原城乡差别,肠道菌群对过敏性疾病的免疫调节;过敏性疾病分子内型研究及分子变态反应学过敏原组分研究。
