【个人简介】

颜奇鸿,博士,南山学者骨干人才,教授。2021年博士毕业于中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院;2021年-2024年于广州医科大学附属第一医院/呼吸疾病全国重点实验室从事博士后研究工作;2024年全职加入广州医科大学附属第一医院/广州呼吸健康研究院/呼吸疾病全国重点实验室工作。

专注于新发突发病毒感染的体液免疫应答机制研究,主要研究成果包括揭示新冠感染者疾病进展过程中不同阶段的转录组和免疫组库动态变化规律,鉴定与疾病进展相关的分子标志物和关键的免疫组库特征参数(J Virol.,2022; J Immunol. 2021; Front Immunol. 2021,Nat Immunol. 2025);分离鉴定新冠特异性中和抗体,揭示新冠感染诱导的人群共享特异性中和抗体的特征,并解析新冠突变株逃逸人群共享中和抗体的免疫逃逸机制(Nat Microbiol. 2022; Emerg Microbes Infect. 2021; Emerg Microbes Infect. 2022; Nat Com. 2024; Cell Rep. 2024);建立基于深度抗体组库测序、生物信息和结构分析的抗体组学新方法,绘制了高分辨率的新冠康复者Spike特异性抗体的人群共享图谱和寨卡病毒抗体组库动态图谱(Emerg Microbes Infect. 2023; Emerg Microbes Infect. 2020)。

【研究方向】

研究方向聚焦重要呼吸道病毒感染后肺区域体液免疫应答的作用机制研究;重要呼吸道病毒的广谱中和抗体的衍化机制及病毒免疫逃逸机制研究;基于机器学习的抗呼吸道病毒广谱中和抗体药物开发。
