巨春蓉，女，广州医科大学附属第一医院教授，主任医师，博士生导师。

2006年获郑州大学硕士学位，2009年获广州医科大学博士学位（广州呼吸健康研究院）。

现任中华医学会广东省器官移植分会第四届委员会副主委、广东省基层医药学会免疫缺陷专委会主委、中华医学会广东省呼吸病学分会青年委员会副主委、广东省肺栓塞与肺动脉高压专委会副主委、广东省弥漫性实质性肺疾病专业委员会副主委、中华医学会器官移植分会肺移植学组委员、国家卫健委中国肺移植质控中心质控委员、中国器官移植发展基金会器官移植受者健康管理委员会委员、广东省胸部疾病学会心肺移植专业委员会常委。加拿大多伦多大学器官移植中心访问学者，广东省医学青年领军人才。

研究方向为实体器官移植术后/骨髓移植术后肺部并发症，主要从事移植术后管理，专注于器官移植术后及骨髓移植术后并发症的诊治，尤其是肺移植术后肺部并发症的诊治。

作为主要完成人之一参与制定行业7项诊疗技术规范和行业标准。现主持多项科研项目，近年来在呼吸领域、器官移植领域学术期刊上发表多篇论文。针对终末期肺疾病，根据国际心肺移植协会（ISLH）指南，率先总结在中国国内采用肺源分配评分（lung allocation score, LAS）系统对移植等待者实行肺源科学分配策略，不仅最大程度挽救了更多患者的性命，而且使有限的肺源得到最大化合理使用。该研究初期成果荣获2019年美国胸科医师年会（ATS）优秀资助奖。该研究成果属于中国肺移植领域首次获得的国际获奖，成为中国肺移植领域和国际接轨的标记性成果。
