【个人简介】

王伟,博士,呼吸疾病全国重点实验室PI,南山学者特聘教授,博士生导师。国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目(海外)获得者,广东省教育厅“珠江人才计划”青年学者。广东省预防医学会过敏疾病预防与控制专业委员会常务委员和广东省呼吸与健康学会嗜酸粒细胞增多相关性肺疾病专业委员会委员。Comparative Immunology, Microbiology & Infectious Diseases和Infectious Medicine期刊的编委。2015年在北京协和医学院获得博士学位。随后前往哈佛医学院进行博士后培训,2022年晋升为讲师。2024年全职加入呼吸疾病全国重点实验室。共发表SCI论文18篇,引用超过1200次。其中第一作者和通讯作者7篇,包括Immunity, Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology,Cell Research和EBioMedicine等。获得国家授权专利2项。

【研究方向】

王伟博士通过“干湿结合”的模式,长期从事哮喘和慢阻肺等慢性呼吸疾病的免疫学和组学研究,研究方向包括:

1.儿童过敏性哮喘中神经免疫调节机制;

2.多组学分析鉴定儿童过敏性哮喘激素耐受机制和药物新靶点;

3.CRISPR筛选哮喘和肺感染中组织定居记忆性T细胞关键调控因子;

4.靶向组织定居记忆性T细胞关键调控因子小分子药物筛选。
